What we store about you

In short: no cookies, no tracking across websites, and no information about you unless you type it in yourself.

No cookies

We use neither cookies nor storage in your browser. Nothing is left on your device, and nothing is read from it. So there is no consent banner to click away either.

Visitor statistics

We count how the pages are used — for example how many people look up an address and how many get a report. To tell visitors apart we make a cryptographic code from your IP address and your browser. The IP address itself is never stored, and the code is replaced regularly, so it cannot be followed over time. We cannot use this to work out who you are.

Feedback

If you send feedback, we store the text you wrote, the time, and — if you sent it from a report — the address and facade you had just checked. If you enter your email address, we store that too, so we can reply. Email is voluntary, and the field is empty until you fill it in yourself.

Do not write names, health information or other sensitive details in the feedback. We do not need them.

Share links

When you share a report, we store a random code, the address, the floor and the facade you chose, so the link can be opened again. We do not store an IP address, a browser, an email or an account with the link. The code expires after 30 days without a view, and the deadline is extended when the link is opened. For seven days after it expires, the link is used only to fill in the address and fetch the latest report; after that the entry is deleted. Anyone who has the share link can see the report.

PNG and PDF files are made in your browser and are not uploaded to us.

Retention

Feedback and pseudonymous visit logs are deleted after 12 months. We keep feedback that long because use of the service follows the seasons: feedback from June only makes sense compared with feedback from November. The clean-up runs automatically every night.

How to have your data deleted

Use the contact form and ask for deletion, and we will remove what we have stored about you. You can ask for access the same way. Give the same email address you used when you sent it in — that is what we find you by.

If you left no email address, we have no way of connecting what you wrote to you, and then there is nothing here that points back to you either.
